  1. Legal background of data processing and scope of this notice

The Data Controller complies with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

This Privacy Notice is based on the provisions of the Internal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter: Policy) adopted by the Data Controller on 16 July 2018. The purpose of this notice is to present, in a concise, transparent, and easily understandable manner, the data processing activities carried out by the Data Controller as an employer.   1. Your rights and rules regarding the exercise of rights

4.1. Right to information
You may request information about the personal data processed by the Data Controller. In such cases, the Data Controller will inform you about what personal data is processed, for what purpose, the duration of processing, and your rights related to data processing, including the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian Data Protection Authority (NAIH).

4.2. Right to request a copy
You may request a copy of your personal data processed by the Data Controller. In such cases, the Data Controller will send a copy of your CV and other personal data to the contact details you have provided (e-mail address or postal address).

4.3. Right to rectification
Upon your request, we will modify or correct your personal data accordingly, or store your updated or modified CV.

4.4. Right to erasure
You may request the deletion of your personal data by contacting the Data Controller. Please note that the request may be refused if the retention period defined in the Policy has not yet expired or if the data is required for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

4.5. Right to data portability
You are entitled to receive your personal data (including your CV) in a widely used format (e.g., .pdf, .doc) and transfer it to another data controller. You may also request the direct transfer of your data to another controller.

4.6. Right to restriction of processing
You may request the restriction of processing if:
– the processing is unlawful, and you oppose the deletion of the data and request restriction instead;
– the Data Controller no longer needs the data, but you require it for legal claims.

In such cases, you must indicate the reason for the request. The Data Controller will store the restricted data separately from other data (e.g., on external storage or in separate files).

4.7. Right to object
You may object to data processing based on legitimate interest due to reasons related to your particular situation. In such cases, you must specify the reason and the data processing activity concerned.

4.8. General rules for exercising rights
The Data Controller will respond to your request within one month, which may be extended by up to two additional months.

If the request is refused, you will be informed within one month of the reasons and your right to lodge a complaint with the Authority or seek judicial remedy.

The Data Controller reserves the right to request additional information to verify your identity if there are reasonable doubts regarding the identity of the applicant.

What data do we collect and why?
